Payment Policies

Payment can be made by Certified Check, Money Order, Bank Check, Wire Transfer, pay pal, or Credit Card. Outside US, please send US Dollars on a US Bank or Bank Wire Transfer.


Foriegn Buyers: Please contact ECM before using "buy it now", we may require a wire transfer on certian items.


Layaway Policies

A 20% Non-Refundable deposit will hold any guitar for 30 days!


All Sales final on layaway purchases.  No returns, no refunds and no exceptions!

Digital photo’s “Happily” provided via Internet, free of charge!


Return Policies

We have selected our merchandise with great care, and made every effort to describe it thoroughly. If you find that you are dissatisfied with anything

(Recordings and DVDs/Videos as well as Custom and Special Order Items have specific conditions - please see below) purchased from us, it may be returned -

in unused condition - for exchange or a full store credit (less shipping charges). Customer pays shipping both ways. Please dispatch within 5 working days of your having received them any item(s)

you have decided to return. Also, for instruments only, please notify us within 48 hours of your intention to return. Ship all items well-packed and insured.

We cannot allow credit for items received from you that have been damaged in shipping due to poor packing. In the unlikely event of shipping damage

please notify us immediately. Please do not return any damaged item until you have received authorization from us.


Shipping Policies

We usually ship by USPS, FedEx or UPS. With the high quality of instruments that we offer it is recommended that you use this safe and reliable method of shipping. On special request, we will try to

accommodate all special shipping requests. All shipments are fully insured. Customer pays all shipping, insurance and any bank charges, including any returned merchandise. All insurance claims are the responsibility of the customer.
