Here at Ear Craft, great customer service is something we take pride in and strive to bring you a great experience, every time. If you have questions, comments, service issues, or concerns, please contact us as soon as possible. We want to make your experience fun and memorable!


Our website accepts Paypal for all eCommerce transactions. We accept Cash, Check, Trades, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover directly for all in-store purchases. Sorry, we do not accept American Express. Secure online payments can also be made through our website and PayPal account, if you wish to use your Paypal account in-store for something that does not appear on our website, we can send you a Paypal invoice.  All orders must have a confirmed billing / shipping address verified by Paypal.

Shipping and Terms

We ship all orders within 3 business days of cleared payment. The prices listed on our website do not always include total shipping charges or any applicable taxes, duties, or custom fees. As such, over sized items may be subject to additional shipping charges. All out-of-state shipments are tax-free though we do recommend you look into your individual state’s tax codes to determine any tax liabilities.

Ear Craft Music has been shipping instruments around the world nearly 40 years. Your item will be expertly packed and shipped via FedEx, UPS, or US Post, depending on the destination and level of service. If you have a preferred method not listed here, please let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Please note that we must ship items to the same address as it is being billed to.

Returns – 48 Hour Approval

Upon receiving your item, please inspect it to insure that the condition of the instrument is as described in your communication with us. Please contact us immediately via phone or email if you find any damage to the item.

If you decide to return the instrument, you must notify us via phone or email within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll instruct you on how to make the return. Please pack the instrument in the same manner in which it was received, using all supplied packing materials. Unless instructed otherwise, you must ship the instrument using the same service in which it was delivered (Next day, Ground etc.) and insure it for its full value within four (4) business days.  Once the instrument arrives, and provided it arrives in the condition in which it left our shop, will issue a refund for the full purchase price less a 5% restocking fee for all credit card and Paypal fees. This fee covers any and all charges we’ve incurred in processing the transaction. All shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Items that are considered “As-Is,”“Special Order,” or “Consignment” cannot be returned or exchanged.
